The Ross County Land Bank has the following available properties. Anyone wishing to purchase property from the Land Bank must submit a completed and signed Purchaser Qualification Form, the Application to Acquire the Property, and written purchase proposal. Required forms and purchase proposal can be scanned and emailed to us at: asti.powell@chillicotheoh.gov or dropped off at the City Administration Building (35 S. Paint Street, 3rd Floor). The Land Bank Board reserves the right to consider the highest AND best offer based on the proposed use that best fit the goals of the Land Bank. The Land Bank Board will consider the following priorities when determining the end use:
  • Owner-occupied home ownerships
  • Individuals who are residents of Ross County
  • Institutional/public use
  • Mixed-income development
  • Rental 
All properties will be listed for a minimum of 21 days.
